4-leaf Clover Trail Run/Walk

March 9th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

Experience the luck of the Irish as you run/walk in the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day! Participants will receive a clover shirt and food afterward from All Round Foods. Participants over 21 get a free beer with proof of ID. Proceeds support the Never Stop Running Foundation. Bethpage State Park Playground, Old Bethpage, $30.

Bay Shore Brightwaters St. Patrick’s Day Parade –

March 9th, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.

Enjoy an amazing parade full of bands and baton twirlers in celebration of the holiday and community! Participant sign-up is online. Starts at Saxon Ave. in Bay Shore and marches west into the downtown.

*Traffic Advisory*

Suffolk County Police are advising motorists of a road closure for the Bay Shore St. Patrick’s Day Parade on March 9.

Main Street in Bay Shore will be closed between Saxon Avenue and Fifth Avenue from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Motorists can use Union Boulevard as an alternate route.

Shilelagh Law & Two Degrees

March 9th, 2024 at 7:30 p.m.

Enjoy traditional Irish music with an urban twist as Shilelagh takes the stage. An evening full of dancing, laughter, and drinking as a celebration of New York Irish music, encapsulating the Irish-American experience. This event is only for those 21 and older. St. James St. Patricks Day Parade 2024

March 9th, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.

One of the most anticipated events of the year, the St. Patrick’s Day Parade is coming soon to St. James, New York. On March 9, 2024 at 1:00 PM the streets will come alive with the sights and sounds of Ireland.  Parade starts at 1 pm along Woodlawn Ave. to Lake Ave. to the train station.

Suffolk County Police are advising motorists of road closures for the Saint James St. Patrick’s Day Parade on March 9.

Woodlawn Avenue will be closed between Route 25A and 1st Avenue, and Lake Avenue will be closed between Sherwood Drive and Railroad Avenue from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes.

Enjoy marchers, dancers, and musicians at the Miller Place-Rocky Point’s historic parade in celebration of community. The festivities begin in Miller Place on the corner of 25A and Harrison Avenue.

Farmingdale St. Patrick’s Day Parade

March 10th, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.

Embrace the St. Patrick’s Day spirit in downtown Farmingdale at their fun-filled parade! Following the festivities, people are encouraged to explore the downtown area, where there is a plethora of shopping and dining options to explore. The parade steps off at Northside School and proceeds south down Main Street.

March 10th, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.

Join the fun on Sunday, March 10th, 2024, at 2:00 PM, as we once again take to the streets – marching up New York Avenue to Main Street – to celebrate Irish heritage and community spirit.

Irish Comedy Tour: Feat. Mick Thomas & Sean Finnerty

March 13th, 2024 at 7:30 p.m.

Bayville Haunted St. Patrick’s Haunted House

March 16th and 17th, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

For a spooky and unique St. Patrick’s Day experience, visit this haunted house event featuring three different haunted houses all themed around the holiday. Delight yourself in a festive St. Patrick’s Day feast as well with a secret leprechaun bar and traditional Irish food favorites. Tickets can be bought online and must be bought in advance. March 17th, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.

On St. Patrick’s Day, you can check out the Patchogue Village’s Annual Parade. The parade starts at the intersection of East Main Street and Route 112 and heads west.

March 17th, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.

Looking for something to do with your family for St. Patrick’s Day? The Glen Cove Parade provides a family-friendly environment showcasing bands, step dancers, and various local groups! After the parade, the festivities will continue at the St. Patrick’s Parish Hall. The parade starts on Forest Ave. and ends at St. Patrick’s Church.
